Dr. Watson grew up in the Florida panhandle before attending Clemson, where he earned his BS in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology. He moved to Charleston, SC to work for South Carolina’s Department of Natural Resources where he found his passion for veterinary medicine. He graduated from University of Georgia’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022 before moving back to the coast.
Dr. Watson’s passions in veterinary medicine include soft tissue surgery, cardiology, and internal medicine. He enjoys educating clients about what is happening with their beloved pets so they can make the most informed decisions possible.
Dr. Watson lives on James Island with his wife, Kristen, new son Reid, and 4 rescue dogs: Boone, Reese, Sloane, and Eko. In his free time, he enjoys fishing in the inshore and offshore waters around Charleston, home renovation projects, and Clemson football during the Fall!
